Property is very well lit with security lights and armed with a simply safe security system. It backs up to the LSU Dental School's secured campus. Features a king size bed, a full size futon, bistro high top table with 4 chairs, television equipped with a FireTV Stick, Free Wifi, full bathroom with walk in shower, walk in closet, microwave, coffee pot, stocked mini fridge (non alcoholic), and parking space right at your front door. Also included are disposable utensils (forks, knives, spoons, plates, bowls), all bathroom amenities, and bedding. Space is climate controlled with a brand new wall mounted AC/Heating unit with remote control for personal comfort. Laundry can be done inside the main house by hosts per request.
