Very spacious house in an excellent location, only 250 m from the beautiful sandy bay Cala Esmeralda and 600 m from the bay Cala Gran. The center of Cala d'Or is about 700 m away, with a pedestrian zone with a wide selection of restaurants, cafeterias, bars with live music, shops and boutiques.
The holiday house:

Spacious house with plenty of daylight, ideal for large families or a group of friends.
From the entrance you enter the spacious, bright and open living / dining area from which also the well-equipped small kitchen is reachable. A kicker is available for all ages. From the living area and from the kitchen you have access to the private outdoor pool.
On this level there are three bedrooms with access to the outside:
- 2 bedrooms disposed over double beds,
- 1 over two single beds.
- the 3 bedrooms share 2 shower baths.
From the garden, the first floor can be reached via an external staircase. On the terrace there is a pergola with table and chairs, the entrance to the living area is from here.
On this level is also an open living and dining area and a small kitchen which is well equipped.
On this level we also find three bedrooms:
- 2 bedrooms with single beds sharing a bathroom with bathtub, one of them is half-baked and has partial sea view.
- the third bedroom has a double bed, access to a small balcony overlooking the pool as well as a small shower room ensuite.
From the first floor, a staircase leads to the roof terrace. There is a chill-out zone with a fantastic sea view. Children should enter this terrace only under supervision.
The house offers air conditioning hot / cold with fixed and limited usage time from 18:00 h - 19:30 h and from 22:00 - 09:00 h.

On the front, a spacious garden welcomes the guests. Two vehicles can be parked on the side access path. The pool in an original shape with brick steps is located at the back of the house. On the one side of the pool is a covered area with table and chairs as well as a brick barbecue. On the other side of the pool there is a pergola with a chillout corner, the ideal place to enjoy the long summer days. A serviced space with washing machine is also on the back of the house.
The price includes bed linen, towels for the use in the house, kitchen towels, the final cleaning as well as all additional costs (electricity, water, gas).
A first highchair and a first childbed (60 x 120 cm) can be provided free of charge. Each additional high chair or baby cot is charged 5 € per night.
