Stunning apartment with lovely views of the harbour, ideal for a couple looking for a relaxing break.. All on the Second Floor:

Bathroom: Bath With Shower Over, Heated Towel Rail, Toilet. Electric central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Welcome pack. Public car park, 300 yards, Just Park App costs £39 per week.. Water View is a superbly appointed second floor apartment located close to the harbour. It is situated in the heart of the town with shops, pubs, restaurants and the beach and harbour close by. There are lovely open views from the living area where guests can enjoy watching the comings and goings of the local fishing and pleasure boats. The decor is contemporary throughout and the furnishings and fabrics combine to provide a comfortable and relaxing environment. Beach ½ mile. Shop, pub and restaurant 200 yards.

The switches for the hot water and central heating are in the bedroom on the outside wall of the left hand side of the cupboard which houses the boiler. Please switch on the two top grey switches on the wall and then turn on the water switch on the boiler which is in the cupboard. For central heating, please also turn on the red switch on the left wall and then turn on the heating switch on the boiler. PLEASE TURN OFF THESE SWITCHES AT THE END OF YOUR STAY.

Summary: The property is in a prime location in Looe, with a five to ten minute walk to Millpool carpark across the bridge. A weekly permit for the car park can be purchased online in advance for under £30. The beach is a ten minute stroll away. We didn't notice noise from the road outside the property at night. The property is clean and has everything you might need (apart from a fan). It didn't smell damp, but there was evidence of it caused by broken gutters. The damp had been sealed but the paint finish was yet to be addressed properly. Carrying cases up and down the two flights of turning stairs was tiring, but otherwise access was acceptable for the week.
