Die Lage ist TOP, direkt am Kagraner Platz, denn es gibt Verbindungen wie die U1, Straßenbahnen (25,26) und Büsse (22A, 24A und 31A) (Nachtbus inkludiert). Man ist mit diesen Verbindungen in ca. 15 Minuten in der City.
Am Kagraner Platz gibt es alles was dein Herz begehrt. Von diversen Supermärkten, Fitnessstudios, Friseure, verschiedenste Ärzte, sowie die ÖGK (Österreichische Gesundheitskasse), die AK (Arbeiterkammer), Labor und vieles mehr :)
