Ideal for a couple or family of four, this lovely, semi-detached property offers a contemporary feel inside and its very own enclosed courtyard for soaking up a summer's afternoon. The entrance hallway leads through to a plush, L-shaped sitting room at the front of the house, where you can sink into the sofa and unwind with a hot beverage. There is a wall-mounted Smart TV with Freesat and a Blu-ray player. If nothing on TV takes your fancy, grab a board game off the shelf or enjoy a read of a book in a quiet corner of the house. An archway leads through to the kitchen, which is fitted with well-stocked wooden units and modern appliances including a dishwasher and washing machine. The dining area rests to the left in an alcove of the room, with a door leading out to the garden. Climb the carpeted staircase to the bedrooms, a king-size double and a twin with crisp linens and quality storage units. From the back bedroom, you can see the sea and surrounding hills.
