An enchanting mid-terrace cottage, set in an elevated position overlooking the village green in Hutton-le-Hole, the heart of the North York Moors National Park. Surrounded by hills and moorland, it is perfect for walking, cycling and exploring the spectacular scenery, but with easy access to pretty market towns and many nearby attractions. Comfortable and homely, the property retains much charm and character, with exposed timbers, sash windows and boarded doors with Suffolk latches. The spacious farmhouse-style kitchen has a lovely warming Rayburn, complete with fireside chairs, with the dining table in the middle - creating a very sociable space to enjoy family meals together. From the doorstep, there are a network of public footpaths through beautiful countryside and moorland, whilst the less energetic will delight in strolling around this exceptionally pretty village. Close by are the historic market towns of Kirkbymoorside and Pickering, with weekly market days, quaint tea rooms and traditional village inns. Visit the castle at Pickering, or take a nostalgic trip on the steam railway, that winds its way to Grosmont village near Whitby. With the coastal towns of Whitby and Scarborough within easy reach, Primrose Hill Farmhouse makes an ideal base for a relaxing holiday at any time of year.
