Upstairs, 2 bedrooms each with 1 x 160x200 bed, a bedroom with 2 x 90x190 beds and a bedroom with 1 x 90x190 bed. Bathroom with walk-in shower. Separate WC. Electric heating. Baby equipment: 1 cot, 1 high chair, 1 baby bath, 1 changing mat. Linen, sheets, electricity, wood included. Bathroom linen 5€/person/change. End-of-stay cleaning 70€. Heating 8€/day. A millstone can still be seen in the garden of this renovated former mill. A stream called "Le Caudeau" is just 50 m from the gîte.
This house is located between Périgueux, a town classified as a 'Ville d'Art et d'Histoire' (City of Art and History) 30 km away, Bergerac in the heart of the vineyards 28 km away, and Sarlat, a medieval city with an exceptional heritage 55 km away. A footpath passes right in front of the gîte, making for great walks with family or friends. Located in a valley classified as a "natural site to be protected", it seemed obvious to us to revive old stones and a forgotten corner of Périgord.
