Welcome to the gated community of Charleston Oceanfront Villas! This 3BD/3BA (Sleeps 8) condo offers direct private beach access and fantastic oceanfront views from a covered balcony. Amenities include 2 oceanfront pools with lounge chairs, 2 elevators, and 4 public outdoor showers.
Directly facing the ocean, guests will enjoy the unobstructed panoramic views of the beach from the 27-foot private covered balcony. This villa is perfect for entertaining family and friends, featuring an open floor plan that includes the newly renovated kitchen and appliances, dining room, and living room areas. The dining table has 8 comfortable seats, with an additional 4 at the adjacent bar off the kitchen. The oceanfront main bedroom features a memory foam king bed and a full onsuite bathroom with dual sinks, a tub, and a separate walk-in shower. Down the hall, the second bedroom is furnished with a queen bed attached to a full bathroom. The third bedroom has 4 twin beds (2 bunk beds) with access to the third full bathroom, also accessible from the hallway. This oceanfront getaway is perfect for putting your feet up and enjoying the ocean breeze!
Folly Beach, or as locals refer to it, The Edge of America, is a laid-back, golf-cart-friendly community with many great restaurants, a booming nightlife, plenty of shopping, water activities, and water tours. For more historic exploring, the famous Downtown Charleston is only a 25 - minute car ride, which offers endless fine dining, shopping, historical sites, and more. There is something for everyone here. We promise you will Folly in love with this beautiful island!

Announcements:
Building construction: Please be aware that Charleston Oceanfront Villas is undergoing significant renovations, including oceanside walls, windows, and door replacements, which should be completed by the end of June 2025. If booking between now and the end of June, please expect some construction noise and disruptions. They are only allowed to work Mon-Fri between 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM. During the renovations, parking will be severely limited, with only two passes per villa, and beach access and pool availability will be impacted intermittently. The west side beach access is now open, but the east beach access is closed until the end of construction. Please note that this is the side with the handicapped ramp onto the beach. The west-end pool is slated to open April 1, 2025, and the east-end in July 2025. We will provide updates as received from the HOA.
If the construction is delayed, and they will still be working on the unit that you have reserved, we will do our best to assist with alternative accommodation or a full refund of payments made to our company. Any funds paid to third party vendors, such as VRBO or Airbnb, are subject to being refunded at their discretion, but historically, if we cancel and refund, so do they. The HOA is currently on schedule, and they do not anticipate any delays, but we wanted to be prepared just in case. We appreciate your understanding as the HOA completes this project.

Free parking is available with parking passes for 2 vehicles. Per HOA guidelines RV's, golf cart's and any other recreational vehicles are not allowed to be parked on the property.
The community pool is open April-October (exact dates can vary depending on weather).
Grills are not allowed, and no community grill is on site.
2 elevators are available in the building. While we manage this property, we do not manage the maintenance of this building which includes the elevator. The presence of an elevator does not indicate that the home is ADA compliant.
We do not provide beach equipment, but anything available at the property is yours to use.

The Folly Beach noise ordinance is from 10 pm to 8 am.
No pets allowed. Emotional support animals, comfort animals, and therapy dogs are not service animals under Title II and Title III of the ADA and are not allowed in properties unless specifically designated in writing as "pets considered" and approved by our office.
No smoking is allowed in or outside of the condo.
House parties, weddings, functions, events, bands, DJs, etc., are prohibited.
The occupancy can be at most 8 people at any time during your stay.
We require 50% payment at the time of booking. The remaining 50% of your balance will be due 30 days before the check-in date, and we will run the card on file. Bookings within 30 days of your arrival date require full payment at the time of booking.

Suppose the occupancy is misrepresented or a disturbance is reported at the property. In that case, we reserve the right to terminate your rental agreement and will require that you vacate the property immediately without a refund. However, we are committed to your and our community's comfort, so please let us know if we can do anything during your stay to make it more enjoyable.
