Summary: This is a newer home that has some wear on it. It's open space worked well for our wedding preparations. The finishes are beautiful and it is light and bright. The furniture is comfy, but a little grungy from use. We could not use the garage as a camper was parked in it, but with the driveway and street parking we had enough. Rentals are never super clean and this one needs a deep clean of showers, baseboards, spiderwebs in corners and dust filled bathroom vents. Some of the cool automatic windowshades are broken. Great location and quiet bedrooms.
