What better way to start your day then having your morning coffee on the deck while watching the waves crashing on the sand and the seagulls catching their morning breakfast?! Bask in the smells of the salty air while planning the days activities. It's why everyone loves the Cape and why we love our home!
Let Us Tell You About This Home:
Enjoy gorgeous unobstructed views of Nantucket Sound and Bank Street Beach from this beautiful, updated 2 bedroom condo in Harwich Port. Play on the beach just steps away or relax on your private deck overlooking the ocean! Plan an afternoon stroll and take in the restaurants and shopping in the Port. This lovely condo has many updates including all new kitchen appliances, flat screen TVs and hardwood floors.
As you pull up to Shore Pines, enter the home from back of parking area using stairs to unit. Follow the brick pathway to the second entrance unit #2. You enter into the kitchen with all new stainless steel appliances including refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, microwave. Beautiful marble counter tops and sunken sink bring a luxurious feel to the kitchen. There's plenty of cabinet space and a breakfast bar that seats 4 for dining.
The open concept kitchen/living area has high ceilings and French style doors that showcase the wonderful ocean views and lead you to the spacious deck. There is a couch, comfy chair and large flat screen TV. Modern coastal accents throughout the home give Sea Breeze a very "cape cod" feel.
Bedroom #1 is off the living room with a King bed, dresser, work station for remote working and flat screen TV. This bedroom has access to the Jack and Jill bathroom as well as views of the ocean. Bedroom #2 is off the kitchen and has a queen bed, dresser, closet and flat screen TV with access to the Jack and Jill bathroom at the back of the room. Bedroom TVs are equipped with Roku technology for streaming and cable connectivity.
Bathroom #1 is a Jack and Jill style, large full bath with beautiful blue and white tiles and a shower/tub combination, linen closet, and pedestal style sink
Off the living area is the deck with sweeping ocean views and a literal hop, skip and jump to Bank Street Beach (no beach sticker needed when you can walk!). Below the deck is a small patio area where you will find the grill and additional seating, plus a hose for washing off sandy feet! Outdoor furniture has been ordered and will be delivered soon! The washer / dryer is located in the basement (access from the left of the main entrance - outdoors separate key). This space is for the use of all the condo units and remains locked - please use key provided and remember to return it for the next guests use.
