Conveniently located in the Tahoe Keys with pay per use access to the Tahoe Keys homeowner amenities featuring community pool, tennis and basketball courts. This condo features complimentary Wi-Fi! As of August 31, 2021 this condo will only be available for 30 + day rentals.
Pets Welcome! Pet approval and a separately charged pet fee will be required to confirm the booking. Pet fee: $35.00 per pet plus tax and a $100 refundable pet deposit per pet (Maximum of 2 pets)
We want you to enjoy your stay but please understand your property is located in a residential neighborhood.. Failure to observe the NO PARTY policy will result in eviction. Absolutely no use of the hot tub after 10 PM per ordinance.
