We propose to you to the rent, on the commune of Cauro, this charming villa in the natural and wooded style at less than one kilometre of the beach, with private swimming pool, of a surface of 150 m ² and being able to accomodate to 12 travellers. It is composed of a beautiful living room of 80 m² (with wood stove), an open plan kitchen, four beautiful bedrooms, three bathrooms and you can enjoy a garden of about 1 500 m².

The accommodation is composed as follows:
On the ground floor:
- A living room of 80 m² with TV, a sofa bed, a wood stove (functional from the end of October to the beginning of April, wood provided) and a dining area overlooking the pool.
- An open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, several types of coffee maker (nespresso, filter)...
- Bedroom 1: a bed 160x200 and private bathroom (shower and washbasin)
- Bedroom 2: two beds 120x190
- A shower room (Italian shower) with WC
On the first floor:
- Bedroom 3: a bed 140x200 and a baby bed 60x120 with a shower room with shower and WC.
- Bedroom 4: a 140x200 bed and a pull-out bed with two 80x190 mattresses.
Each room has a balcony facing south.
Exterior :
- A 13mx6m swimming pool (private, not heated), available all year round and with a security alarm.
- A beautiful garden of 1 500 m².
- You will be able to take advantage of several spaces and terraces fitted out for your various desires (rest, aperitif, meal, relaxation, games...)
For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: plancha, sunbathing area, hammock, deckchairs, XXL high chair, washing machine, baby bed, fan, baby bath, ironing board and iron.
The house is ideally located in Cauro, in a very pleasant environment. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops, but also of boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

- 10 min drive from Porticcio, the beaches, the diving club.

- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at an additional cost (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site).
- The stove is only operational in winter (from the end of October to the beginning of April), wood is provided.
- Animals are allowed in the accommodation.
-The cleaning at the end of the stay includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean the appliances after use.
