We propose to you to the rent, on the commune of Cauro, this charming villa in the natural and wooded style at less than one kilometre of the beach, with private swimming pool, of a surface of 150 m ² and being able to accomodate to 10 travellers. It is composed of a beautiful living room of 80 m² (with wood stove), an open plan kitchen, four beautiful bedrooms, three bathrooms and you can enjoy a garden of about 1 500 m².

The accommodation comprises
Ground floor:
- An 80 m² living room with TV, a sofa bed, a wood-burning stove (operational from late October to early April, wood provided) and a dining area overlooking the swimming pool.
- An open-plan kitchen with appliances including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, several types of coffee maker (Nespresso, filter)...
- Bedroom 1: A queen-size bed 160*200 and a cot 60*120 and a private bathroom (shower and washbasin).
- Bedroom 2: A 120*190 bed
Each bedroom has a south-facing balcony.
On the first floor:
- Bedroom 3: A 140*200 bed with a shower room and WC
- Bedroom 4: A 140*200 bed and a pull-out bed with two 80*190 mattresses.

Exterior :
- A 13mx6m swimming pool (private, not heated), available all year round and with a security alarm.
- A beautiful garden of 1 500 m².
- You will be able to take advantage of several spaces and terraces fitted out for your various desires (rest, aperitif, meal, relaxation, games...)
For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: plancha, sunbathing area, hammock, deckchairs, XXL high chair, washing machine, baby bed, fan, baby bath, ironing board and iron.
The house is ideally located in Cauro, in a very pleasant environment. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops, but also of boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

- 10 min drive from Porticcio, the beaches, the diving club.

- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at an additional cost (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site).
- The stove is only operational in winter (from the end of October to the beginning of April), wood is provided.
- Animals are allowed in the accommodation.
-The cleaning at the end of the stay includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean the appliances after use.
