We propose to you to the rent, on the commune of Saint-Alban, this charming house entirely renovated in 2021 with swimming pool, of a surface of 150 m ² and being able to accomodate until 8 travellers. It is composed of a nice living room of 40 m², an equipped kitchen, four beautiful bedrooms, two bathrooms and you can enjoy a garden of about 2 000 m². Wifi, sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!
The house is located in St Alban on the axis Erquy/Cap Fréhel, very frequented in summer. It is at equal distance from the towns of Pléneuf-Val André and Saint Alban.
The accommodation is composed as follows:
On the ground floor :
- A 40 m² living room with TV (Netflix), sofas, coffee table and dining area for 8 guests.
- A fully equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hob, freezer, Nespresso coffee machine...
- Bedroom 1: a queen-size bed (160×200).
- A shower room.
- Separate toilet.
- In the garage : washing machine and storage space.
On the first floor:
- On the landing an office space.
- Bedroom 2: a queen-size bed (160×200).
- Bedroom 3: two single beds.
- Bedroom 4: two single beds.
- A bathroom with bathtub.

Outside :
- A swimming pool (heated) of 4×9 m, 1m50 deep and open from April to October (opening dates not contractual). Possible opening in winter on request (November to the end of March) with a supplement for the heating of the pool: 150 € for short stays up to 6 days. Beyond that: 25 € / extra day. The pool is protected by a shelter and can therefore be closed. To secure it, it has an electric shutter. The pool area will be shared with the residents of the second house rented on the other part of the land, depending on occupancy.
- A beautiful garden of 2,000 m² facing South-West.
- A south facing terrace of 25 m² with furniture to enjoy the nice days.
Green Lodge accommodation is managed by the Cocoonr Agency of Val André - Erquy - Frehel and will be prepared for your arrival. You will be welcomed on site by a member of our team, who will give you an introduction to the flat and how it works, and hand over the keys.
The house is ideally located in Saint-Alban, in a very pleasant environment. You will be able to benefit from all the essential shops nearby (3 km) as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
