Agence Cocoonr/Book&Pay offers you this beautiful architect-designed villa with a sublime sea view located 1.6 km from the village of Erbalunga, remarkable for its ruined Genoese tower built in the 16th century on a rock at the entrance to its harbor, classified as a Historic Monument.
The villa boasts a swimming pool and terrace with stunning sea views. The excellent facilities on offer will enable you to make the most of your stay: fully equipped kitchen, walk-in showers in the bathrooms, linen provided, Weber plancha and barbecue.
Outside July and August, weekend rentals (Friday to Sunday) are available on request.
The accommodation is composed as follows:
First floor:
- A bright living room with a comfortable sofa and an unobstructed view.
- An open-plan dining room overlooking the sea, with access to the swimming pool on the same level.
