LIVING AREA & ENTERTAINMENT NOOK
Step through the front door into the beachy boutique designed entry space and be immediately greeted with a beautifully crafted pool table and natural wood bar. With seating for five at the bar, there's plenty of room for friends to gather and take a wager on who will emerge victorious in a game of pool. A large flat-screen TV is mounted nearby so you can keep up with the score of your favorite team while you play.
Just beyond the entertainment nook, the living room with seating for five sits nestled in the heart of this home. Catch a movie with your family on the large flat-screen TV or step through the sliding glass doors to the expansive enclosed patio and pool area.
KITCHEN & DINING
Wake up late and craft your favorite brunch meal or cocktail in the fully equipped kitchen with a full suite of stainless-steel kitchen appliances and ample concrete counterspace. You'll find all the cookware, dishes, and utensils you'll need to create even the most complex of recipes. When it's time to dine, four people can dine at the dining table overlooking the pool area with an additional five at the nearby kitchen bar.
BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS
This home sleeps 10 comfortably.
The primary bedroom contains a plush king-size bed, huge walk-in closet to hide your luggage in, and the primary ensuite bathroom with standing river-rock tiled shower, perfect for unwinding after a day at the beach! A flat-screen TV provides ample entertainment when winding down for the night.
The second and third bedrooms both contain king-size beds, plenty of closet space, and mounted flat-screen TVs.
The fourth bedroom features two full-size beds making this the perfect kid's retreat! Fire up a movie on the mounted flat-screen TV and let the kids drift off to sleep – surely tired from playing in the pool all day!
There is a shared full bathroom in the hallway containing a bathtub/shower combination.
HOME AMENITIES
This home features a full-size washer and dryer to take care of your swimsuits at the end of a day at the beach.
A starter set of toiletries is included with every guest stay and includes paper towels, toilet tissue, conditioning shampoo, body wash, and bar soap for each bathroom, laundry soap for the washer and dryer, dishwasher soap, and liquid dish soap.
OUTDOOR AREAS
Step out onto the spacious patio and pool area, completely covered by a screen enclosure. Relax and sunbathe in one of the three cushioned loungers, read a few chapters of your book in one of the four plush cushioned patio chairs, or float back and forth and let the sparkling blue water of your private pool wash away all of your worries!
When the sun goes down, grab some marshmallows, graham crackers and chocolate and head out to the huge private fenced backyard where your own personal stone firepit awaits! Get a fire going and tell stories as the night clicks on.
Let your puppies run free in the backyard, totally fenced and secure.
PARKING
Guests have access to the private concrete driveway with room for two to four vehicles, depending on vehicle size. Street parking is strictly prohibited and will result in your vehicle being towed. The garage is not accessible for parking vehicles in.
THE AREA
If you do want to venture away from the home, take up a round of golf at Crane Creek Reserve, within walking distance! Take a short drive to the public beaches of Florida's Atlantic coast and spend the day soaking up the sun and working on your tan! For the science lovers in the group, spend a day or two at Kennedy Space Center and learn about all the exciting developments and projects that NASA and SpaceX are working on. Want to take your vacation even further? Book a cruise and depart straight from Port Canaveral, just a short drive up the coast. If shopping is more your style, browse through the stores of Melbourne Square where you're sure to find something with over 125 stores to choose from! For the animal lovers, spend the day at the Brevard Zoo and feed a giraffe, brush a rhino, or even go kayaking!

We do our best to ensure each, and every property is maintained to the absolute highest cleanliness standards, but occasionally we miss a bit of sand (you're at the beach, after all!) or dust on a ceiling fan. We're happy to take care of these issues if you notice that we missed them; just let us know!
