The Space
This cozy and brand-new apartment is perfect for families, solo travelers, and groups of friends who want to relax, work remotely, or soak up the sun in a tranquil and private environment. What's more, it's situated on the top floor of a 17-story building, meaning that there are no other apartments above it.
The apartment is located in one of the most beautiful areas of the central Pacific region of Costa Rica, within the secure Punta Leona Resort that offers round-the-clock security.
The top-floor apartment features a master bedroom with a comfortable queen-size bed and a second room with a bunk bed that has a full-size bed at the bottom and a twin-size bed on top. Additionally, there's a fully equipped kitchen, living area, and a bathroom with a hot shower.
During your stay at Punta Esmeralda, you can enjoy two on-site pools and two Jacuzzis at the Private Beach Club or head to the Pacific Ocean side beaches that are only a few steps away from the Esmeralda Beach Club.
For your convenience, we provide one free parking space. Please note that you can park in any available space in front of the apartment tower. We hope you have a wonderful stay!
Guest Access
To access this secure apartment, you will need to arrive at the entrance of Punta Leona (visitor's right entrance) and provide a code that we will provide you days before your arrival.
The building administration requires ID (license, passport) numbers to provide the access code. We will require this for everyone +18 a week before arrival.
Other things to Note
Security will provide you with 4 bracelets, which will grant you access to Punta Esmeralda, the Beach Club, and permanent private door access to the Beach. The apartment has a maximum capacity of four guests and the possibility of hosting extra guests under 15 years old is negotiable. Please let us know if you require additional space for hosting.
Please note that the apartment complex is currently under development, so you might encounter construction work being carried out on another building or common area. However, the apartment's location ensures that you will not be disturbed by any noise that may arise from this construction work.
