Villas La Torre Unit 1 & 2 are two nice semi-detached villas (adjacent) which can be rented either INDIVIDUALLY (each villa is INDEPENDENT with private access and outside spaces, so if you rent only one villa you will NOT share anything with the other) or TOGETHER so ideal if you are a large group or more families travelling together and wishing to spend a holiday together but keeping your privacy. The villas are located in a quiet street, very close to the beach and also close to the Ancient Tower of Campofelice!
EACH villa offers 2 matrimonial bedrooms (1 downstairs & 1 upstairs) and 1 twin bedroom (with bunkbeds - ground floor), 2 bathrooms, 1 upstairs and 1 on the ground floor. Each bathroom has a shower. The upstairs room have air conditioning, as well as the living room (which reaches also the other bedrooms).
Renting both villas you will have a total of 6 Bedrooms and 4 Bathrooms and can host up to 12 adults and a couple of babies in cot (1 or 2 foldable beds can be added too, in the corridor upstairs).
The main room is the kitchen with the dining area. From there you can access the veranda, equipped with table & chairs, where you can have your meals and make barbecues while having some relax on the garden! Each terrace is large enough to host more than 10 people so if you rent both villas you can have your meal all together on one of the terraces.
EACH villa has its own garden, entrance and parking space. The villas are part of a larger property with another independent villa located in front of them (the Unit 3, also advertised in this website) which could be rented also if you are more than 12-13 people. The villas have access to a pool from beginning of June to end of September. The pool is "almost" private as it is shared only with 2 other apartments (located next to the villas, which can be rented too if you are a larger group).
If you are a small family/group (less than 7 people) you are free to rent only one unit (with a price saving) as each villa is fully equipped and INDEPENDENT from the other. You can also rent the both villas anyway if you prefer (the prices below are for both units, please ask us if you wish to rent only one unit and we will send you a quote).

OUR EMERGENCY CANCELLATION POLICY WILL GIVE YOU RIGHT TO CHOOSE ONE OF THE FOLLOWING OPTIONS:
• 70% REFUND
We will refund 70% of the advance payments, plus you keep 100% of the final payment due on arrival
• 100% CREDIT
You will get a credit of 100% of the paid amounts at the time of cancellation which you can use to reschedule your reservation at any time, up to one year from the original dates, PLUS :
• The credit can be transferred to a friend or relative in case you are unable to use it
• Price is locked, in case the rates increase before you confirm the new dates
• You can exchange the credit with a refund up to 70%* should you change your mind or be forced to cancel again

The Emergency Cancellation Policy set above will be applied only if emergency travel restrictions are officially in place in either your Country or in Sicily and it’s valid up to 30 days before the arrival date (extendable by paying an extra, please contact us for more info), after that we may still consider a partial refund/credit, to be determined case by case. The policy may be exceptionally applied also for flight cancelled by the carrier due to sanitary emergency, subject to our approval (evidences will be required). Refunds and credits refer to paid amounts except any website’s booking/service/administrative fees (which are refunded at the website’s discretion). The policy is valid for bookings in 2021.
*The exchange for a refund will be available until 90 days from the new booking’s arrival date. The amount of the refund will decrease progressively from 70% to 20% as the 90 days limit approaches.
