The beach on the south end of Skaha Lake is just steps away. It has just been revitalized with a wonderful children's play structure and waterpark. As well as the great sandy beach and lake, there are large grassy areas with huge willow trees providing shade. Many other beaches are also in close proximity. The amenities in the area are endless. There is a picturesque lagoon behind the condo, with paved paths and shady willow trees. Children love fishing in the lagoon - it's catch and release with a single non-barbed hook, and the best bait ever - bread dough! (Out of province kids will need a fishing license).
The property backs on to the Kettle Valley Railway Trail, which follows the western shoreline of Skaha Lake.
