Summary: The property itself was great although only had dishes, table seating and towels for 3 people ( we were a family of 6). We were initially told parking was onsite for a fee but then found out the day before we had to reserve our own parking place in a private garage 2 blocks away. The check in process was very stressful as the owner told us we could not tell the security guard we were renting from VRBO and had to say we were "guests" instead. The elevator code we were given was wrong and we could not take the elevator until I could get in touch with the owner. We were a family of six hanging out in the lobby with all our luggage and felt very awkward. I had to leave the building to get the owner as cell service was poor in teh lobby.
