Guest arriving at the property enter into a hallway, through to a spacious open plan kitchen/dining/lounge area, a modern kitchen area having an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave and cupboard with washing machine, the kitchen area leads to a spacious dining area with dining table and chairs. The lounge area has comfortable leather reclining sofa's, 3D Smart TV with Blu-ray/DVD/Wii games console and a selection of games, iPod dock and feature electric fire. The family bathroom on the ground floor comprises of corner shower cubicle, a free standing bath, mirror with razor/toothbrush socket, WC and wash hand basin. The twin bedroom with zip-and-link (which can be made into a super-king on request) on the ground floor with TV. Stairs lead to the first floor, the master king size bedroom with some restricted head height, a velux window and porthole window giving views over the town and towards the sea, an en suite shower room, with shower cubicle and WC.
