Banyans is a condominium development on the south coast of Barbados near to Bridgetown, shopping and beautiful beaches. Apartment No. 6 is on the second floor (UK first floor) of a 3 storey building.
The apartment has a kitchen, living room, two air-conditioned bedrooms and one bathroom. Both bedrooms can be configured as either two twin beds or a king size bed. Each bedroom has ample hanging space and a chest of drawers. The living room has a large settee and a dining table for four people. Further seating is available on the small balcony where there are two chairs and a small side table. Cable television (40 inch smart LED/LCD flat screen) and Wi-Fi are included in your rental.
The kitchen is well equipped with a fridge, an electric stove & oven, microwave and a full supply of crockery, glasses, cutlery and cookware.
The location is very central and convenient, with a short walk to most amenities, including the beach, restaurants, car rental service, and a bus stop. Banyans also has a full size swimming pool for your enjoyment.

Summary: As this was our first trip to Barbados, we were looking for a comfortable "home base". This apartment met those needs in so many wonderful ways. It was immaculate, and the hosts were attentive to any questions or concerns that we expressed (there weren't many!). The location was wonderful! It was close to many restaurants and beaches, as well as to a major bus route. We would be happy to return!
