Here you will find pistes of all levels of difficulty for skiers and snowboarders - ambitious skiers can try out the steep slopes, families can enjoy the extensive, flatter runs and there are several ski and snowboard schools for beginners to try out their first turns under supervision. Thanks to a modern snowmaking system and professional piste preparation, ideal skiing conditions are guaranteed. Of course, there are also several specialist shops in the winter sports resort of Sankt Andreasberg that offer hire of ski equipment, toboggans and ice skates.
Sankt Andreasberg naturally also has a well-developed, 44km-long network of cross-country ski trails for cross-country skiing enthusiasts with easy, medium and difficult trails. Some of the circular trails run right past the holiday home village, so you can literally set off right from the front door - and at the end of the circular trail, happy but tired, you can relax in your cosy house in the sauna or in front of the fireplace just a few steps away from the trail. There is also a toboggan run here, which can also be used in the evening under floodlights. The romantic valleys and idyllic heights can also be explored on one of the many winter hikes with or without snowshoes that are offered in the village.
In the evening, you can make yourself really cosy in your holiday home. What could be nicer than sitting in front of the fire after a full day in the snow, enjoying the panoramic view of the beautiful mountain landscape of the Upper Harz and reflecting on the day?
