The is a private, downstairs apartment in a duplex. The home can be separately rented as either an upstairs or downstairs apartment, or rented as an entire house! The upstairs and downstairs apartments are separated by a door that is locked on both sides for each unit's peace of mind. Each apartment has its own fenced-in yard that is separated by a gate to give each apartment a private yard. These areas can be opened up if the house is rented as 1 large unit. Just message me for a link to the other apartment and we will coordinate the calendar to reserve both apartments for you!

House Rules
As a Superhost, we aim to make your stay as comfortable as it can possibly be! Our mission is to help our guests create beautiful memories in our cozy home while leaving it nice and clean for the next guests.
IMPORTANT: Absolutely no smoking inside the home, this includes cigarettes, cigars, e-cigarettes, incense, etc. Should this rule be violated, we will need the unit cleaned by a professional smoke restoration company and the guest will be liable for the $2,500 dollar charge.
Pets
Pets must be approved of BEFORE arrival.
General Damages
Please let us know immediately if something is malfunctioning so it can be rectified. All damages or missing items occurring during your stay will need to be paid for by you before departure. Cleaners check for damages and any missing items after each stay. Any damages or missing items can and will be billed to the guest.
Fire Prevention and Safety
Please do not leave any electrical appliances switched on when they are not in use, or when you are leaving for the day. This includes space heaters, air conditioners, fans, hair curlers/straighteners, and portable device chargers.
Other
The space you are booking is for 4 people. More than four people are allowed in the home ONLY IF okayed BEFORE check-in. No one is allowed in the home not already specified before starting stay. If guests are found to have had a party without host permission which results in extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for extra cleaning charges and in the unfortunate event of disruptions alerting neighbors, GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.
We may leave consumables such as coffee and small snacks for you to enjoy. We try our very best to ensure that it is not expired or stale. However, ultimately, it is up to the guests' discretion and inspection to consume these items if they wish. The host does not take any responsibility for the consumables.
If guests are suspected of carrying and/or using illegal drugs of any kind, the authorities will be engaged, and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.
