You can't get much closer to the water than this! This property has WATER ACCESS ALL YEAR ROUND as it is on main water channel of Lake Travis. -Sandy and grassy beach area that gently slopes to the water.
-The property has a private boat dock great for fishing off.
-1 single kayak, 1 double kayak included and Lilly pad floating mat.
-The Lake shack is how Texas does tropical. The lake shack looks like a house, but setup like 2 separate units - steps are outside to get to upstairs.

Summary: Our family enjoyed our stay at the Lake Shack! The guide provided is great - read it! :-) We enjoyed our time on the dock and kayaking and while fishing was not lucrative for us, it was still fun trying. We love the outside set up - amazing for morning coffee and playing family games and just sitting and relaxing day and night. Plenty of things to do in the area if you want to "get away from the house" - however, it's easy to not want to leave! The Lake Shack is definitely on our list of stays we'd like to do again!
