Summary:
Two large homes on the same street, & only 10 minutes to Fort Moore. Comfortably sleep 21 with 8x BRs and 4 full bathrooms and 2 half bathrooms, including 2x King Suites. Both houses have fully equipped eat-in kitchens, grills, dining rooms, living rooms, game rooms, and laundry rooms! All of this is in a quiet residential community. Pets welcome! Plenty of parking! Both houses have 50" TVs in living room w/ Roku and WiFi. Perfect for families who want to be close, but not too close!
The Space:
Both houses are newer builds! After hosting over 2,000 guests in other properties around Columbus and Fort Moore, we realized that while some people love old historic homes, others prefer the comfort and ease of a modern house. We partnered with a builder to build these brand homes that cater specifically to the needs our guests shared with us! They were just completed in March 2019!
Both houses have 4 spacious bedrooms upstairs and two bathrooms including a master suite. Great views of the mountains at Fort Moore! Downstairs there is a spacious, open concept living room and kitchen. All appliances are brand new, and both Kitchens are fully equipped. The living rooms have a big screen TV, couch, and futon that can serve as another bed. Separate dining room, AND A FANTASTIC GAME ROOM IN THE GARAGE!
One house has a private above-ground pool that is open from Memorial day to Labor Day.
NOTE: we have weekly maintenance and cleaning performed on our pool. The pool services do not take long and will not disrupt your stay. We will need access to the yard/pool area if you stay with us on service day. Thanks for understanding!

The Neighborhood:
The neighborhood is primarily active and retired military families, and most are young with kids of their own, so it's the perfect family spot!
Getting Around:
No public transit, so you will want to drive or take a cab.
Other Things to Note:
We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 25 years of age to book.
We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a $50 non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.
Interaction with Guests:
We will always have someone who can come and help if you need anything, but we also trust our guests, and want them to feel completely at home. So unless you need us, we will make sure you are able to enjoy privacy. Checkin is flexible as long as you are arriving after 3:00 p.m. So don't worry about getting held-up in traffic or landing on a late flight. All of that said, if you ever do need us, we are only a phone call away!
