Location is in the proximity of everything necessary for your vacation. Lapad peninsula is considered one of the most beautiful parts of Dubrovnik with pleasant and relaxed atmosphere.
The space
The house Kusalo consists of quality studio-apartments, fully equipped and tastefully furnished. It is located in Lapad, green and calm part of town, across from the Gruz harbour, only 50 meters from the sea where locals go and the restaurant Orsan, which is also a diving and sailing club. If you enjoy taking walks or jogging there is a beautiful walk path for romantic and peaceful walks. It is a path which leads all around Lapad peninsula and that is probably the most beautiful path for walking in Dubrovnik. From this walk path, is an excellent view of all Sumratin bay beaches. Small island Daksa can also be seen.
Nearby there are two well known beaches – Copacabana and Lapad Bay beach. Vicinity of the sea and quiet neigherhood are just one more reason for you to make this apartment of your choice. Copacabana is 900 m away.
Lapad bay has a long boulevard with many coffee bars and several restaurants where you can refresh yourself in hot summer days. At the end of this boulevard, several rocky, sandy and pebbly beaches are located. For those who want to lie down and enjoy in the sun, easy chairs can be rented, and if it becomes to hot, beach umbrellas are for rent too. If you want to stay active you can rent kayaks and beach canoes, jet ski and go for a ride along the coast and see beauty of Lapad.
Our studio apartment for three persons has one double bed and sofa, kitchenette, bathroom with shower and furnished terrace where you can enjoy in your morning coffee. Equipped kitchenette offers fridge, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, kettle and cutlery. Studio also provides A/C, TV, SAT/TV, free Wi-Fi and free parking for our guest in front of the house.
Old town is 4 km away and well connected with bus that is running every 10 min and only 500m from the house.
