It is located near the settlement of the traditional village of Exampela and the location offers a unique view of the Aegean Sea. There are two buildings, the main house is 150 m² and auxiliary house 50m².

It consists of a large living room of 46 m², another room at a second level, while in the same spaces opens a traditional kitchen of 16 m² with all modern facilities, fully equipped (fridge, appliances, utensils kitchen, utensils, plates, forks, spoons, knives, glasses, etc.).
- A large room with a double bed
- A second room with two single beds (bunked type) and the possibility of another simple single bed in the same room.
- A third children's room with 2 beds simples
It has two beautiful bathrooms and a very spacious veranda equipped area with two lounge corners of which are constructed so that the sun will not bother the customers.
There is a very large courtyard and sunny!
The architect built the villa with very thick walls about 0.5 m to mimic traditional buildings of Sifnos
* The auxiliary house of 50m² *
In the vicinity there is a traditional small auxiliary Villa which is independent and therefore ideal for a second family with children.
-A large room with a double bed, a living room, a small kitchenette to prepare breakfast or lunch and a large bathroom.
Outside near the auxiliary house, there is a beautiful and traditional oven that is still functional.
