Casa Ocra is an enchanting modern villa with a large salt-purified infinity pool (6x16 m, depth 1.00-1.60 m), located in a quiet residential area a few minutes' drive from the sea and the beach of Marausa Lido, in the western part of Sicily. The pool area is accompanied by a Turkish bath and a fitness area, adding elements of relaxation and well-being. The house is surrounded by a beautiful garden with lawn, aromatic and ornamental plants. The villa also offers a veranda equipped with a dining area and a well-equipped outdoor kitchen with stove, oven, fridge, dishwasher and barbecue. The following services are available upon request and for a fee: Boat excursions, car and boat rental. Possibility of trekking, birdwatching and cycling, following the itineraries in the nearby Saline reserve. Ideal location for exploring various attractions of western Sicily such as Erice, Trapani, Marsala, the Egadi islands, the Zingaro reserve and archaeological sites such as Segesta, Mothia and Selinunte.
