This house benefits from a remarkable location facing the Gulf of Morbihan and an old salt marsh. There are superb landscapes throughout the seasons and tides. This preserved place is also part of the ornithological zone.
The 220 m² rental consists on the ground floor of a large living room with a lounge and fireplace offering a direct view of the Gulf, a living room and an equipped kitchen. On this same level, there is an office and a separate toilet.
The first floor consists of 4 beautiful bedrooms, 2 of which have a sea view: 2 bedrooms with 2 90X200 beds adjustable to 1X180 and two bedrooms with a 160X200 bed. You will find a bathroom with a view of the Gulf, two shower rooms, one of which has a walk-in shower and a separate toilet.
The cottage is equipped with a connected speaker and a subscription to Canal channels.
Outside, you will enjoy a garden with a superb view, 3 terraces, garden furniture, barbecue, deckchairs as well as a private heated swimming pool, open from 01/06/23 to 15/09/23 (dimensions 8mx4m, depth 1.80m).
