Located on the first floor of the only residence set on Lake Annecy, this 250sqf + 75sqf balcony studio offers a breathtaking view and perfect location.
This recent tourism residence, fifty units spread over two floors, has a privileged access to the lake and private parking. Many water sports are available: paddle, kayaking but also water ski and Wake board. These activities are proposed on site.

Duingt is located on the western side of the Annecy Lake and deserves its name "Pearl of the Lake".
Next to St Jorioz, Duingt (pronounced DOH-WAH!), offers an exceptional mountain and lake view. The cycle track from Annecy to Ugines (35kms) crosses the village and connects the villages along the lake very easily by bike.
Many activities are possible in Duingt: water activities in summer (wake-boarding, water-skiing, kayaking, hiking, etc) outdoor activities nearby in winter (snowshoeing at Semnoz (20mins), alpine ski in La Clusaz (40mns) or in the 3 Valleys resorts (about 1h))
The "best bakery of the lake" is located in Duingt, as well as a bookstore, and high-quality cuisine (Clos Marcel or Spinaker for example).
