Welcome to this spectacular house for 6 people, with private pool, in the quiet urbanisation of Crestatx.
The exterior area in this house is extraordinary. You will be welcomed by a salt water pool that sizes 10 x 4 metres and has a water depth ranging from 0.2 to 1.7 metres surrounded by the forest. There are 4 sunloungers around where you can sunbathe while admiring the beauty of this spot. And, in order to make your day even better, you can cook delicious barbecues and relax at the porch. You will find a practical bathroom with a shower outside.
The accommodation comprises 2 floors. The main one offers a great living - dining room where you can watch the TV and enjoy the dishes that you cook at the open kitchen behind, which is equipped with a ceramic hob. Then, you have three bedrooms with a closet each, one with twin beds placed together and an en-suite shower bathroom. The other two bedrooms feature one double bed each. There are two more bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a jetted tub that complete this floor. Upstairs, you will find a spacious living area for you to enjoy as you wish. The laundry room is equipped with a washing machine, a tumble dryer, an iron and an ironing board. There is ducted aircon and underfloor heating throughout the house.
Crestatx is a quiet residential area located about 4.5 km away from sa Pobla. The latter offers all kinds of services for an independent stay like restaurants, supermarkets, bars, shops, etc. Pollensa and Alcudia are also very near and worth a visit. And the paradisaical beach of Puerto de Alcudia is only 13.7 km while the nearest golf course of Pollença is about 6.1 km.
