Available in July only. We are looking to rent out our family home for the summer. Its a 5 bedroom house (1 will be locked for storage), in the best area you can imagine! Its located right next to a park, 2 min walking distance to luas (city tram) or you can walk to St Stephens Green in 35 min. Ranelagh (full of bars and restaurants) is only 15 min walk or 5 min on Luas. Our house has been refurbished only a year ago. Its over 2 floors with 1 master bedroom with ensuite, 2 double bedrooms and 1 single, shared bathroom on 2nd level, and playroom, gym TV room and kitchen on 1st level, we also have ping pong table on the garage. Our garden gets a lot of sun, and has a trampoline and BBQ seating area.
