Riverdale is a beautiful character terraced cottage superbly situated in the centre of Bainbridge, in the heart of the Yorkshire Dales National Park. The cottage was previously part of a cottage hotel and has been made into a lovely holiday home. Bainbridge is a pretty village, with its green, the River Bain, several shops, tea room, and local pub less than 300 yards from the cottage. The cottage is spacious with three large bedrooms, and two bathrooms, one of which is en-suite, and a wood burner in the living room, making this the perfect holiday cottage. Aysgarth Falls and the market town of Hawes with pubs, shops and restaurants are both 4 miles away, with Hardraw Force just beyond Hawes. The village of Askrigg is within easy walking distance just 1½ miles away. Famous walks and cycle rides, including one around Semerwater with its inland beach and waterfalls, and Roman road on the return leg, can be accessed straight from the door. Fishing is available nearby by arrangement. There is a riding centre less than a mile south of the village. Shop, cafe and butchers within 500 yards, pub and restaurant 250 yards.
