Located on its own piece of land of 1.000 sqm, the Villa Stella offers its guests a 45 sqm large heated swimming pool with hydromassage, a well maintained garden with barbecue, terrace with garden furniture and own parking spaces for 3 cars.
Villa for 6-8 guests with a living area of 150 sqm. On the ground floor there is a completely equipped kitchen with dining room, living room with a sofa bed for two, open fireplace, satellite TV and access to the terrace. There is one bedroom for two with a double bed, air-conditioning, satellite-TV, bath/toilet with whirlpool and access to the swimming pool, and an additional shower/toilet. On the first floor of the house there are two double bedrooms with air-conditioning, shower/toilet and satellite-TV, one of them with a double bed and its own terrace and one with two single beds. Please note this property does not accept youth groups or stag/hen parties. A youth group at this property is one comprised of individuals aged 26or under. Do not book this property if you are a youth group or a stag/hen party, as your booking will be rejected post-booking, which may include on arrival at the property or during your stay and you will not be refunded.
