Boogie boards, Skimboards, beach chairs, umbrella and various sand toys are available for use in the storage unit located in the garage area. Area activities include a large playground adjacent to the property at Little Island Park, Pier Fishing is a moment's walk from the front door, the tranquility of the Back Bay Reserve is just a short bike or car ride away only two miles down the street. Kayak/Canoe drop across from the Island Park. 8 mile bike ride through the reserve and you will find yourself in North Carolina. Bike rentals available and can be delivered to you the day you arrive. Virginia Beach Boardwalk is a short drive away should you choose to enjoy one of the multitude of activities offered there including live bands, festivals , amusement parks, mini-golf, and The Virginia Marine Science Museum is a must see.
