3 Bedroom Villa in Tala, Kamares Village

Set in an elevated location on the renowned Kamares Village development, the villa has wonderful sea views and the surrounding countryside. The property is fully equipped and decorated and furnished to a high standard, with full air-conditioning and central heating throughout. The villa has 3 bedrooms, 1 double and a twin on the first floor and a double on the ground floor, there is also a double sofa bed in the lounge. There is a full bathroom on each floor.
The villa benefits from a good size outdoor space and a private swimming pool with sun loungers and umbrellas as well as two pergolas surrounding the villa and one pergola over the purpose built BBQ area that provide great shade. There is patio furniture for alfresco dining and It is particularly lovely to have breakfast outside in the mornings watching the beautiful sea view or sun rise if you are awake early enough!!
The villa is totally private and as such is not overlooked by other villas. The outside area is surrounded by mature gardens.

Summary: This is a lovely villa in a quiet neighbourhood. Plenty of space to enjoy inside and out. Off street covered parking. There is a flight of steps from the pavement to the villa so limited access for anyone with severe mobility problems. We had a lovely week spending time out and about and also round the pool and up on the sun terrace.
