★ CHECK-IN: 4 PM/CHECK-OUT: 11 AM - We can only accommodate this if it is not affecting a turnover after a previous guest or a turnover for same-day check-in. If we approve, the fee schedule is as follows:
Early Check-in at 2 pm = $75
Late Check-out at 1 pm = $75
★ PETS: must be specifically requested ahead of time and be approved before booking. Please clean up after your pet in the unit and the building, if not, you will be charged accordingly. No pets are allowed on furniture, especially sofas and beds. Excessive barking will result in your reservation being canceled with no refund.

★ HOUSEKEEPING SERVICES:
Short-Term Stays: Housekeeping service is not provided during your stay but extra cleanings are available for a fee. For stays over 3 weeks a starter kit of supplies will be provided and will be up to the guest to replenish what is needed.
Long-Term Stays (over 28 nights): An extra $200 cleaning fee and a starter kit of supplies will be provided and will be up to the guest to replenish what is needed.
