Conveniently located in Cimarron Hills, this newly renovated vacation home is close to everything. If your coming to visit family and friends or just in the area to see all that Colorado Springs has to offer this is the place to be. Upon returning home from your day of adventure, cook a family dinner, drink a glass of wine on top deck while you watch the sun set over pikes peak, play a game of pool, then sit out by the firepit with all your friends.
This home is a three story home with a large back yard! The top floor will have the master bedroom with a King Bed and an attached full bath; along with two additional bedrooms that will have a Queen Beds, and another full bath. The second level (the main level) has a spacious living room with a wood burning fireplace, a large dining room table (seating for 8), a half bath with a washer and dryer located within, and a full kitchen! The main level will also have the access to the backyard which has lots of yard space, a fire pit area with seating available, a patio area with a propane grill. The bottom floor will include the last bedroom with queen bunk beds and the third full bathroom. The bottom floor will also feature a large entertainment room with a pool table, foosball table, and a smart TV.
Upon arrival you will have access to 2 parking spaces in the driveway in front of the garage (if you have additional vehicles there is street parking available). Once you get to the front door you will enter the code given to you previous to arrival. You will have access to the entire home including the backyard. The only space that you will not have access to will be the garage.
Keypad for entry to home. Owners do not live onsite, but have people nearby to help out with any problems.

Dog Friendly - Well behaved dogs are welcome but we ask that they stay off the furniture and bedding. Please take your pet with you if your pup experiences separation anxiety. Also please clean up after they use the restroom and dispose if it in the outdoor trash can.

Cleaning Fee is set by the Cleaning Pro that we contract with. They are trained, experienced, and go through the AirBnb 5 Step enhanced cleaning process which includes disinfecting high traffic/touch areas (remote controls, light switches, rails, etc.)
For stays longer than 30 nights we do require a lease agreement, background check, copy of drivers licence, and a one time insurance fee to be paid before your arrival. For stays 30-59 nights it will be $230 and each additional 30 night block of your stay will be an additional $80

Quiet Hours: 10pm to 8am. No more than the authorized # of guests at the house during quiet hours.
No disruptive events or parties. Airbnb guidelines state that if a guest is reported for a disruptive party or violating Airbnb's party and events policy, they may be subject to suspension or removal from the Airbnb Platform. In addition, the host may also ask that you vacate the property and no refund will be given.

Fee schedule for violating house rules:
-Unauthorized late check-out: $50 immediately, $50 for every 30 minutes after checkout (i.e. +$100 at 30 min after checkout, $150 at an hour after checkout).
-Smoking of any kind in the unit or where it can waft-into the unit: $100
-Unauthorized Parties or events: $250
-Pet cleaning fee (excessive hair, bodily fluids, stains): $100
-Deep clean fee, if required (i.e. vomit, carpet stain, bodily fluids, excessive trash, etc.): $100- $300
-Broken/damage items: charged at replacement value

We stand by our firm by our cancelation policy and getting travel insurance is your best option for protecting your trip from the unexpected. Upon completing your reservation, we will provide you with an optional third-party Travel Insurance policy.
We use third-party guest screening: We use a third-party company for guest verification. Upon booking you give permission to the property manager to use a third-party to verify your identity and check criminal databases to confirm your reservation. Complete terms regarding the guest verification can be provided by the property manager. You may receive an email to complete your screening.
