There is garden furniture and a barbecue on the natural plot, which borders on common areas - and you can enjoy outdoor living on the balcony as well as on the terrace. It is only 250 meters to the beach and 50 meters to a playground. The nearest town is Faaborg (7 km), the gateway to the South Fyn archipelago, one of the oldest and most beautiful shopping towns in Denmark. Here you can really touch and feel the South Fyn stokroseidyl. Of course there are many stores, restaurants, cafes, museums and much more. The hilly nature area of the Svanninge hills is also perfect for a day trip, here are natural playgrounds and hiking trails, for hours of walking, mountain biking routes and high in the sky.
