The first terrace, panoramic, with its comfortable armchairs, overhangs a dazzling and impregnable landscape, and the second one gives directly on the nature to leave in stroll as soon as your breakfast swallowed. The villa is nestled on the ground of the owners (who live at 100m), in the heart of the perched villages and the cut out landscapes of Balagne. Red kites soar above the house and their spectacle is dazzling. The villa, built in 2016, offers spacious and modern rooms. The master bedroom on the first floor includes an en-suite bathroom. The swimming pool is heated in June, September and October.The village of Feliceto is dynamic, with restaurants and grocery stores in season. The owner will welcome you and make you enjoy the authentic Corsican hospitality far from the summer crowds. Located only 15km from Ile Rousse, a lively coastal town, rich in stores, art crafts, nice restaurants and heavenly beaches, multiple activities await you. You will meet a glassmaker, a jewelry designer or a producer of Corsican virgin olive oil. All the nautical activities, paddle, diving, sailing and motorboat or windsurfing will be proposed to you in Ile Rousse, and a visit to the magnificent botanical park of Saleccia at 19km will give you an idea of the amazing richness of the Mediterranean flora. You will be only 30mn away from the Agriates Desert, which shelters the magnificent beach of Saleccia and some of the most beautiful white sand beaches of Corsica.You will have found there the ideal place for unforgettable hikes, bike rides, boat excursions, and 4x4 safaris in the scrubland, while enjoying the splendid views on the mountains and the sea.
