This completely renovated semi-detached house is located in the heart of Istria, in the rural surroundings of the village of Klimni. The fenced plot is dominated by the pool area with covered terrace and barbecue. However, the small outbuilding is closed and is not available to guests. The well-equipped holiday home consists of three floors, which are connected by internal stairs. The attic has a minimum ceiling height of approx. 120 cm. Enjoy the evergreen landscape and discover the ancient sites of the neighbouring smaller villages. If you want to swim in the sea, the location of the house is a good starting point to visit the coastal towns on both sides of the peninsula such as Rabac, Pore, Rovinj and Pula. A beautiful area for hiking and cycling tours.
