Located in a quiet conservation area just minutes from Littlehampton’s seafront. ‘The cottage by the sea’ is able to accommodate 4 guests, A beautiful grade 11 listed, detached cottage with vaulted ceilings and all facilities on the ground floor, there is also a lovely private secure patio garden to the rear. Suited for couples or a small younger family this property is also pet friendly ideal for those of you that seek the smell of the sea and an invigorating walk along an unspoilt beach, with your pet pooch by your side. The seaside town of Littlehampton, can be found at the mouth of the beautiful River Arun, and has not just one, but two beaches - perfect for crabbing! Take a boat trip around the harbour or the ferry from the East to West beach during the summer months. This is a Site of Special Scientific Interest, home to one of only three sand dune systems in West Sussex, and an ideal spot for a picnic and to try your luck at fossil hunting. Littlehampton’s eastern promenade features a 1000ft long bench, thought to be the longest in Britain. Join in the slat engraving scheme, or there is a huge choice of rides and attractions at Harbour Park. The River Arun offers sailing, diving and fishing opportunities.
