All in all this Kent holiday house has real wow factor, pretty as a picture, spectacular uninterrupted seas views and a convenient location within 90 minutes drive of London and 45 minutes on the High Speed train. A security deposit of £500 is required at this property. This will be collected automatically 7 days prior to arrival and refunded (unless a damage claim is received) 7 days after the end of your stay. Please note that your refunded security deposit will take 3-5 days to appear in your account. For your convenience, we’ll take this payment from the last card used to make payment to us. If you would prefer to use a different method of payment, please let us know before the security deposit is due. Please note: the decking is unfenced to the beach, therefore children will need to be supervised.Travel cot and highchair provided. Please note this property accepts a maximum of 8 adultsWi-Fi. There is one parking space in the garage, which is opposite the car park. The garage key/fob is located on the key rack in the house. Unfortunately the garage only has space for 1 car.
