At the front of the property is a terraced patio area with a large round table and chairs and a bench seat having glorious estuary views across to Fowey and Bodinnick. To the rear of the property a stable door from the kitchen leads out to a quiet courtyard with steps leading to the large private rear garden which has three terraces and is equipped with two tables one seating eight and another seating four as well as 2 loungers along with a BBQ.
