Our home is located in a prime location intertwining glamour and convenience, it is situated steps away from the bay and one block from Marine Ave the heart of Balboa lsland including a gourmet market, an abundance of charming boutiques, and note-worthy restaurants. For those of you seeking a Daytime adventure, you can ride the Ferry to the peninsula and hop on the Catalina Express, Whale Watching Tours, or Sailing Adventures which all depart from the docks across the bay.
