In the heart of the Creation district in the western part of Ile de Nantes, Le First is the ideal environment to discover our beautiful city. Between the banks of the Loire and not far from the Machines de l'ile, only a footbridge separates you from the hyper centre ! If you spend a few days or a few weeks in Nantes, for professional reasons or holidays/weekends, don't miss to stay in this unique place !
Located on the 4th floor with lift of a modern and recent building, with a surface area of 45 m², the First has just benefited from a harmonious and cosy makeover ! You'll feel right at home here. The real plus in this cocoon : a secure underground parking space. The apartment is laid out as follows :
-the entrance opens onto : a fully renovated and perfectly equipped kitchen : oven, refrigerator, induction hobs, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster. A small bar and 2 stools will allow you to gain strength before setting off to discover the city ! For more comfort, there is also a dining table with four chairs.
-the living room, equipped with a sofa bed (140X200), a flat screen television and an internet connection. From the living room, direct access to the pretty balcony, with a view of the Loire River as a bonus !
-the bathroom is functional and well appointed. For your comfort, a washing machine, a drying rack as well as an ironing board and iron are at your disposal.
-the toilets are independent.
-the room is equipped with a new and quality bedding (double bed 140X200). You also have a large cupboard with wardrobe.
For your comfort, the First is equipped with double-glazed windows and roller shutters.
The Cocoonr Agency
The accommodation Le First is managed by the Cocoonr Agency and will be prepared for your arrival. You will be greeted on the spot by a member of our team who will introduce you to the apartment, how it works and give you the keys. Quality sheets, towels, mats and tea towels are provided and the bed is made up on your arrival. To get your stay off to a good start, we offer you a few pods of Nespresso coffee and some tea bags, herbal tea and sugar.
Neighbourhood and transport
Once settled, you will appreciate the location : the banks of the Loire River just a stone's throw from the building, the Machines de l'île and its famous elephant, and its new shops. To get to the hypercenter ? All you have to do is to cross the footbridge at the foot of the new Law Courts and it's done in less than 10 minutes. You will be able to stroll along the pretty squares of Nantes: the Place Royale and its fountain, the Place Graslin and its superb Opera House or discover the magnificent Pommeraye passage and its pretty shops.
On the transport side, the tramway is accessible on foot in 10 minutes (stop "Médiathèque"), which will allow you to reach the Castle of the Dukes of Brittany. Take the opportunity to walk through the historic Bouffay district, famous for its many restaurants, bars and small shops. If you choose to walk, it will take about 20 minutes.
To get to Nantes Atlantique airport, get off at the "Commerce" stop : a dedicated shuttle bus takes you there in 20 minutes.
The train station is accessible by tramway from "Commerce" in 5 minutes.
And if you decide to explore the city by bike, Bicloo stations (self-service bikes) are available throughout the city (one station is two minutes from your apartment, "Machine de l'île" station).
For your car, a parking space is available underground (secured gate and numbered space).
