Welcome to Dalsland and Sandviksudden by Laxsjön outside the window.
The cottage was built in 2017 with an ecological focus. The house is mostly powered by solar energy. The cottage has two bedrooms with quality beds and a bathroom with WC, shower and washing machine. The terrace has partial roof and outdoor furniture and a barbecue is on site from May to mid-October. The kitchen is fully equipped. There is a Tassimo coffee machine, so you need to consider bringing or buying your own capsules. Adjacent to the kitchen is a living area with sofa, 2 armchairs and Tv.
Both summer guests and some year-round residents live in the area. Parking space next to the house.
If you want to take a dip in lake Laxsjön, the stairs down to the lake are just a few minutes from the cottage.
Dalsland has more than 1100 watercourses, so if you are interested in fishing with a rod, you have come to the right place. If you want to pick berries and mushrooms, the area is rich in this. Close to activity center with moose park and deer. If you are lucky, you can see these animals in their true nature. Dalsland is known for its beautiful paddle water and hiking in the forests. In winter you are close to Åmåls Ski Center. The complex has 4 slopes + 1 snow park, cafeteria. Note! in winter, only the roads in the area are shoveled. It is not shoveled in front of the house and the main entrance. Feel free to bring a small shovel - :)
Dals Långed is located along Dalsland's canal that flows between Köpmannebro by Lake Vänern via the lakes up to lake Laxsjön where our house is beautifully situated on Sandviksudden. Dalsland's canal then continues up to Töcksfors in Värmland. In the summer you can walk a short distance from our house down to the lock at Långbron and eat really good ice cream.

Heating and internet (Wifi) are included in the price.
Electricity is included in the price (Our house do not provide charging of electrical car)
TV with Swedish, German, English channels.
Free parking outside the house.
Mandatory Extra:
Check-out cleaning: Cleaning fee will be added for departure cleaning upon booking.
To Take With You:
Bring bed linen (sheets + pillowcases + duvet covers). Towels. Toilet paper.
Booking: Saturday - Saturday.
Arrival: 4 pm - Departure: 11 am

Cleaning
Check-out cleaning is mandatory and an extra fee has been added to your booking. You do not need to think about the cleaning up on departure. Just lock the door and put the key in the key cabinet before you leave.

Reinigung
Die Endreinigung ist obligatorisch und es wurde Ihrer Buchung eine zusätzliche Gebühr hinzugefügt. Bei Abreise, müssen Sie nicht an die Reinigung denken. Schließen Sie einfach die Tür ab und werfen Sie den Schlüssel in den Schlüsselschrank, bevor Sie gehen.

Utcheckningsstädning är obligatorisk och en extra avgift har lagts till din bokning. Du behöver inte tänka på städningen vid avresan. Lås bara dörren och lägg in nyckeln i nyckelskåpet innan du reser.
