The space
Villa includes the main house & guesthouse, which are newly renovated, with a private pool located in an oceanside neighborhood in Cabarete, DR. We hand selected each and every piece of furniture in this home and even designed and worked with a local artist to make our creations come to life. We hope you are able to appreciate all of the different styles and textures we brought to each room let alone the beautiful sunlight we were able to capture throughout.
The space
The Villa & Guesthouse with a private pool are located in a quiet, pedestrian friendly oceanfront neighborhood in Cabarete Beach. Walking distance to all the shops & restaurant Cabarete has to offer.
Villa has a total of 4 spacious bedrooms with 4 full bathrooms - 3 bedrooms & 3 bathrooms in the main house and 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom in the guesthouse. The main house has 2 king size beds and 1 queen bed. The guesthouse has 1 king bed. This property is great for up to 6 guests which includes a private pool. Surrounding the private pool is an outdoor cabana as well as teak chaise lounge chairs to lay out in.
The guesthouse is two stories tall which includes a private balcony to overlook the kites on Cabarete beach. There are 2 kitchens on the property - 1 in the main house and the 2nd in the guesthouse.
The main house includes a front wraparound porch with a hanging couch. Additionally, the private backyard includes an al fresco dining area overlooking the private pool & beautiful garden.
There is also 24/7 security including an electronic gate system and external security cameras on the property where you can feel safe to relax and enjoy your time away. Additionally, our Villa has a water filtration system providing safe drinking and bathing water.
Other things to note
To stay at Villa we will need to collect a government issued ID (Passport, Driver License, etc.) for each registered guest prior to arrival. The number of registered guests must match the number on the reservation. There is also 2 free parking spaces on the premise.
