Furnished in contemporary style, the comfortable interior of the villa is equally welcoming and divided into two buildings overlooking the large swimming pool. It includes nine air-conditioned bedrooms, eight luxurious bathrooms, two kitchens, two living rooms and a lounge, which can comfortably accommodate up to 18 people. The villa also has an exclusive fitness area and a number of other amenities, such as A/C, heating, computer work station with Wi-Fi, satellite TV, iPod docking station, washing machine, dishwasher and safe.
You will have the exclusive use of the property with use of 5 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms for up to 10 people.
This amazing, dream villa, ideal for relaxing holidays by the sea, is located just a few kilometers from the baroque towns of Modica, Scicli, Ragusa Ibla and Noto, but also from Marina di Ragusa with its clubs together with the other places of the Inspector Montalbano series such as Sampieri, Punta Secca and the Donnafugata Castle.

MAIN VILLA: First Floor: lounge, 1 double bedroom with walk-in closet, 1 bathroom with shower, veranda. Second Floor: 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower, small terrace. Ground Floor: living/dining room, kitchen, 2 double bedrooms with ensuite shower, laundry room, terrace.
SMALL HOUSE: First Floor: living/dining room with kitchen area, 1 double bedroom with ensuite shower, 1 twin bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower, veranda. Ground Floor (accessed from outside): 1 double bedroom with ensuite shower, 1 twin/double bedroom with ensuite shower, terrace.
